In online teaching, a-synchronous components play an important role. You can harness all of the teaching materials that you already have, such as reading materials, presentations, class notes, videos and other information sources.
-
We recommend that you record an introductory video. This is very effective for establishing contact with your students. See an example of such a video here.
-
You can upgrade existing presentations by adding vocal explanations to slides and you can even turn the slides into video (see instructions).
-
You can record videos of yourself explaining or writing on a board, using Zoom or Panopto (see guide).
-
Of course, we recommend that you also record the synchronous lessons and upload them as asynchronous resources.on Moodle.
